FAQ
Common questions from screen-repair shops and B2B buyers. ZJWY develops, manufactures and sells mobile phone screen repair machines in Shenzhen, China, with 12 years of experience. Still not sure? Contact our engineering team.
The fault point must be located first. It is usually the connecting flex cable, the ITO on the screen itself, the DDIC, or damage at the bottom of the screen.
- A flex-cable fault needs a flex-cable replacement machine (EN-580 / EN-50C and similar);
- an ITO fault needs wire jumping (soldering iron / conductive silver paste);
- a DDIC fault needs DDIC repair equipment (801S and similar);
- damage at the bottom of the screen needs a laser machine (LS26 and similar).
Yes. ZJWY provides technical support. Customers can learn on site at ZJWY’s factory or online. ZJWY currently has about 500 technical videos, covering most common fault analysis and repair methods. If needed, ZJWY’s technicians can guide you over live video.
It depends on the customer’s existing skills and the items to be learned — usually about 2 to 7 days. Customers are encouraged to bring the screens they need to repair to the site: ZJWY’s technicians will work on them on site, analyse and explain the faults, and repair the screens free of charge (one screen per fault type). There is no time limit on the training — customer satisfaction is what ZJWY pursues.
ZJWY provides a free 1-year warranty against non-artificial damage (wearable parts excluded). If a machine fails, ZJWY’s technicians will help the customer identify the cause through online photos or video, and send free spare parts to the address specified by the customer. ZJWY covers the freight within China; the customer covers the freight from China to the destination. After the parts arrive, ZJWY’s technicians will record a video of the replacement to help resolve the fault.
On the ZJWY website, customers can see the machines for different applications. ZJWY has classified screen repair jobs by type, so customers can choose the matching machine and accessories. If in doubt, contact a ZJWY sales representative.
Prices shown on the ZJWY website do not include international shipping. If the customer has no freight forwarder in China, they can contact a ZJWY sales representative, who will give some suggestions.
